Claudia Savitzy, Alumni of the Month January 2025

«Being happy, for me, means generating value for others and contributing to the personal development of those around me»
With a clear purpose: to help others strengthen their self-confidence and self-esteem, Claudia Savitzky, alumna of the Escuela Europea de Coaching, is an example of how coaching can transform lives. Passionate about learning and personal development, Claudia tells us in this interview how her own journey of self-knowledge inspired her to create a positive impact on others, the challenges she has faced and her plans for the future. Discover her story!
How did you come to the Escuela Europea de Coaching and what is your relationship with the school?
I studied the first and second cycle of Executive Coaching. I arrived here after a process of self-knowledge and confrontation with myself. I observed attitudes and emotions in myself that I didn't like, which led me to investigate and discover that many times problems only exist in our minds. On that path, I wanted to enhance my personal development and transform it into something I could take to others. That's how I found the Escuela Europea de Coaching, which aligned perfectly with what I was looking for, and it has been an incredible experience that I am still applying.
Where do you want to apply what you have learned and where do you see yourself in five years with coaching?
I see myself coaching people who need to improve their self-confidence and self-esteem, as I have been there myself. I am developing a coaching and mentoring programme focused on professionals who feel stuck for these reasons. My goal is to be a bridge for people to find a better version of themselves.
What would you highlight from what you have learned through coaching?
The most important thing has been the power to ask questions. Now, when I face a problem, I ask myself: why do I feel this, what does this emotion mean? These questions have helped me to clarify many things and to overcome obstacles. I have also learned to apply it to myself first so that I can then help others.
What is your biggest challenge for the new year?
To handle myself more lightly. My internal judge always demands me to be the best at everything, but my challenge is to enjoy the process more, to learn and to have fun.
What has been your greatest achievement so far?
My greatest personal achievement has been raising a beautiful family. I became a mother at the age of 19, which involved many challenges, but consolidating and keeping my family together has been my greatest pride. Professionally, starting my process of self-knowledge and personal transformation has been another great achievement.
What changes have you noticed in your environment since you trained in coaching?
I have connected much better with my environment, especially with my family. I am now a better listener, more empathetic and open, which has strengthened my relationships with my loved ones.
What do you need to be happy?
Generate value. I believe that happiness lies in seeing others happy and in contributing to making this world a better place.
What is your passion?
Learning. I love to be surprised, to investigate and discover new things. I believe that there is no age to learn, and there is always something to teach us, even the smallest thing.
