Articuladores de lo posible: El arte del coaching en el poder y la política
The book offers a deep look into the emerging reality of society in both the public and private spheres, especially focusing on the profound relationship between power and politics.
In a de-ideologized reading with touches of poetic language, the factors that have contributed to shaping a society disillusioned by politics are highlighted—precisely the activity that structures our lives.
Within this framework, the reader can navigate present scenarios and possible futures, exploring distinctions that enable a more conscious and proactive approach to what now stands as the primary collective task: influencing one’s surroundings to build the world and model of coexistence they would like to live in. As Spanish political philosopher Daniel Innerarity says, if there’s one thing current politics needs, it’s more Politics.

About the author
Juan Vera
Since I began my professional career more than 45 years ago, I have worked in both the public and private worlds, in different countries and in different spheres, acquiring a broad and profound view of how the spheres of power and politics behave in companies, organisations, states, individuals and societies. My personal and professional quest aims at transforming the world we live in and influencing organisations to become more humane and their managers and leaders more sensitive and consistent with their values. Accompanying them in the positive transformation of reality has been, and is, the meaning of my work.
Description
The book offers an in-depth look at the emerging reality of society in the public and private universe, especially at the profound relationship between power and politics.
In a de-ideologised reading and with touches of poetic language, the factors that have contributed to the formation of a society disenchanted with politics, precisely the activity that articulates our lives, become evident. Within this framework, the reader will be able to navigate the scenarios of the present and possible futures, visiting distinctions that will allow them to develop a more conscious and more protagonist attitude in what today appears to be the main collective task: to influence their surroundings in order to build the world and the model of coexistence in which they would like to live.
Because, as the Spanish political philosopher Daniel Innerarity says, if there is one thing today's politics needs, it is more Politics.
