Director of the EEC Alumni area, he is in charge of coordinating the activity and continuous training of this community. In the business area, Juan Luis facilitates transformation and leadership development projects in companies, designing and co-creating with the client the planning and implementation of the use of the latest coaching tools and skills for the growth of teams and the achievement of their strategic objectives.

What is your passion?

My family, eating well, meeting people and places, learning new things every day. Reading, listening to music, walking and golf.

Why are you in coaching?

Coaching changed me personally, I advanced my planned future to fulfil my vision. It is invaluable to be an agent of change in individuals and teams to assist them to develop to their full potential in an environment of wellbeing and emotional balance.

How did you come to coaching?

I was looking for a position as HR Director and, until the time came, I decided to train in something that would help me to improve professionally and to dedicate myself to it in the long term.
