Eduardo Arias

Eduardo Arias is a specialist in digital training projects, continuous improvement of digital experiences, corporate development, with a solid background in the area of training, development and management of people. He has more than 10 years of experience in the design and configuration of programmes in LMS environments and more than 15 years in the production of professional audio and video editions, applying it to the development of methodologies and dynamics. He has worked in career guidance within Business Schools, facilitated internal technology processes and led the delivery of business projects. His approach as Executive and Team Coach has allowed him to accompany teams, combining agile and Lean methodologies, providing innovative and high impact solutions in the corporate environment.

What is your passion?

Composing music, playing live with my friends... enjoying myself with my family, my mother and, above all, my wife.

Why are you in coaching?

Trying to help people is my biggest motivation... and coaching is a great tool for that.

How did you come to coaching?

Through a good friend of mine, who showed me the great universe that we ourselves are and that we hardly know... What a great gift he gave me!
