EEC Alumni – Team Coaching: Questions, Keys, and Shared Conversation
In this new Alumni EEC activity, we open a space to delve deeper into team coaching hand in hand Sandra Díaz Leonardo.
In the days leading up to the meeting, we will collect any questions, concerns, and topics that alumni wish to raise about team coaching. Based on these contributions, we will create a practical and informal session, during which Sandra will address the issues received.
The aim is to generate a useful conversation connected to the real challenges of supporting teams: how to observe the system, how to intervene beyond the sum of its members, what differentiates team coaching from other development processes, or how to address dynamics such as trust, conflict, commitment, or shared responsibility.
An opportunity to continue learning together, to share professional perspectives, and to open up new conversations around team support.
