A real situation. Two conversations. What changes?

What happens when you explore a situation that concerns you using artificial intelligence? And when you do so in a coaching conversation?

On November 4th, in Barcelona, we invite you to discover it in a face-to-face and very practical workshop from Escuela Europea de Coaching. We won't tell you what coaching is. We'll experience it.

What are we going to do?

We will start from everyday situations that concern us all and that we are increasingly exploring with artificial intelligence as well.

Through a practical experience, we will discover what distinguishes an interaction with AI from a coaching conversation with another person, and what possibilities each one opens up.

And, in the end, we will focus on coaching. What happened in each conversation? What questions opened up new perspectives? What skills are involved in a coaching conversation?

We will explore the science of coaching and the skills that enable us to accompany a person without directing them or telling them what to do.
