The first cycle of the two cycles into which the EEC Executive Coaching Certification ProgrammeThe course will be held in December in an intensive format and for a slightly shorter period of time.
This extraordinary edition of Cycle I - which starts on 16 December in Madrid and on 17 December in Barcelona - will have three days, and not four, as it usually has, which will also be consecutive. The edition retains the quality and completeness in content and methodology that ensures the transformational learning of each participant and guarantees that attendees contact with their talent, their potential and manage to expand their future.
"The first step in accompanying others is self-leadership, the ability to direct oneself and awaken a conscious gaze in oneself", shares the EEC. That is why this first level of EEC coaching training - even in this shorter edition - includes an individual coaching process for each participant, personal meetings in which they take on the role of coaching clients of an expert coach from the EEC, in order to work on their self-knowledge, their strengths and areas for improvement, and also to see and experience what the coach's work is like.
This three-day Cycle I in Madrid and Barcelona also offers access to the EEC Campus and the individualised supervision of a coach and facilitator. Due to its shorter format, it also has economic advantages over the four-day face-to-face format.
Cycle I of the EEC coaching certification is usually taken by professionals from any sector who wish to incorporate the skills known as "soft skills" in order to put them into practice in their companies and with their work teams, as well as by people interested in becoming certified as coaches in order to start a new professional career.
The three-day format will be held in Madrid on 16, 17 and 18 December and in Barcelona on 17, 18 and 19 December.
