The first AATC edition of Team Coaching, according to participants

Escuela Europea de Coaching celebrates with congratulations the first AATC edition of Team Coaching. A unique edition of the programme that has set a precedent in the training of team coaches, under the direction of Luis Carchak, the first professional in Spain to receive the ACTC credential.

Online edition in October. After this recent edition, EEC plans to invite more people interested in the systemic approach and work of coaching in a second edition of 100% online at from 30 October.

At the end of this new edition of its Team Coaching Programme, the words could not be more positive. The participants have shared their experiences, reflecting the personal and professional transformation they have undergone and evidencing the profound impact this programme has had on their futures.

Natalia R Shuiderman openly expressed: "A transformative experience like all the school's programmes". This idea was reinforced by the words of Silvia González Cibia, who mentioned that the programme provided her with "another perspective to be able to work with teams", enabling her to clearly identify areas for improvement and increase their confidence when interacting with equipment.

While Bárbara Rúiz de Arbol Gutiérrez reflected on how the tools she has acquired have influenced her role as an entrepreneur, stating: "All the lessons learned are applicable in my day-to-day life.".

EEC at the forefront according to ICF

In April, the EEC's Team Coaching programme received the endorsement of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with the seal of approval. Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC), This programme has been designed with the rigour and excellence that characterise the institution.

Participants of the programme not only acquire essential team coaching skills, but also find themselves on the way to get their ACTC credential (Accredited Certified Team Coach), a distinction that confirms his preparation and competence in the area.
