APD and the UPV are holding a conference in Bilbao on Friday 6 March. ‘Executive coaching in practice’, The EEC will participate in the presentation of the study ‘Social and Scientific Effectiveness of Executive Coaching’.
The results of this research carried out by the UPV/EHU will be presented by Jon Landeta, Director of the UPV/EHU's Institute of Applied Business Economics, and Izaskun Rekalde, researcher at the IEAE and certified coach.
Both will address some of the aspects analysed, such as the factors that influence the success of executive coaching, the importance of the manager's satisfaction with the coaching process in order to improve behaviour and the improvements observed in organisations where executive coaching is carried out.
The presentation of results will be followed by the round table discussion, ‘Coaching experiences in practice’, which will be moderated by Carmen Mellina, coach and director of the EEC in the Northern Area. She will be joined by Pedro Fuentes, Director of Tenneco Automotive Innovation; Iñaki Ruiz, Head of Corporate Projects at Laboral Kutxa and Vice-President of the Basque Association of Economists, and Mikel Trojaola, General Manager of Fagor Electrónica.
The conference will be held at the Bizkaia Aretoa, Bilbao, on Friday 6 March from 9:00 to 11:00.
