The EEC has two MCC coaches among its coaching trainers.

3rd July 2012

The European School of Coaching has just added another MCC title among its teaching staff and core coaches. A prestigious certification that, in addition to founding partner Silvia Guarnieri, now includes Luis Carchak.
To be an ICF (International Coaching Federation) MCC coach requires, among other prerequisites, passing an exam, having at least 200 hours of specific coaching training, and 2,500 hours of client experience.

This is what Luis Carchak, senior coach at the EEC since its founding in 2003 and director of the Team Coaching and Coaching and Politics training programmes at the European School of Coaching in Spain, Italy, and Latin America, has just achieved.

Luis Carchak, a highly respected coach and expert in corporate coaching, joins Silvia Guarnieri, co-founder of the EEC, who has been a master coach since 2005.
According to ICF Spain (the Spanish chapter of the US organisation), there are eight accredited coaches with the MCC title in our country, two of whom train students and are behind the design of programmes and products for companies at the EEC.

ICF accredits professional coaches based on their training and accumulated professional practice hours. Thus, a newly trained coach is an executive coach, ACTP if they accumulate 100 practice hours, PCC coach with 750 hours, and MCC coach with more than 2,500.
