Fundació Factor Humà and Escuela Europea de Coaching have joined forces to make coaching, a tool for personal and professional development, available to everyone.
On 23 May, the two entities will present 'Coaching for all', a project that makes this discipline, which is beneficial for tackling day-to-day challenges, available to the third sector. According to the collaboration agreement, Fundaciò and EEC will offer coaching processes to NGOs, non-profit organisations and unemployed people.
Specifically, EEC offers the possibility of taking part in a coaching process (between 5 and 8 sessions) at a symbolic price of 10€, which will be carried out by professional coaches, trained at EEC and with the Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) accreditation from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
"We understand that it can be a good opportunity to know what coaching is, the value it brings to those who do it and the benefits it brings both at a professional, personal and/or organisational level", say those responsible for Fundació Factor Humà, so they say "we have prepared this meeting with free registration".
The presentation of the 'Coaching for all' project will take place on 23 May at the EEC's facilities in Barcelona and will feature presentations by Anna Fornés, Director of the Factor Humà Foundation; Joan Díaz, Director of the EEC in Catalonia; Manuela Rama, coordinator of the project at the EEC; as well as the participation of Carles Descalzi, who as Manager of the Sant Pere Claver Group will share his experience in a previous edition of this project. The meeting will take place at 9:00 a.m. and registration is free until full capacity is reached. project
