Spotify, EEC's new channel on leadership challenges in today's health crisis

6 May 2020

EEC debuts on the Spotify platform to share reflections on the challenges faced by leaders, organisations and society in general due to the health crisis and their relationship with the managerial and relational skills that executive coaching trains, as they can be put at the service of managing uncertainty and designing a purpose and the future.

Silvia Guarnieri, founding partner and MCC coach, gives voice to this platform to reach out to people interested in sharing ideas and reflections on the uncertainty and the future we can build after the standstill and losses due to the Covid-19 crisis.

"The confinement led us to open spaces where we were able to share and reflect. Thanks to this we have been able to go through a complex stage in company. Now that the confinement is giving way to a new stage, we want to leave the window open through the Spotify channel, where we will share coaching distinctions on a weekly basis," says Silvia Guarnieri.

EEC, a Spotify release with 3 tracks

The new channel on Spotify is called Distinctions in Coaching: We build through language and has already been created with three contents created by Silvia Guarnieri in the last weeks: Repression, The Infinite Game and The Great Listener.

This is yet another initiative proposed by EEC to generate connection and shared reflection despite the physical distance caused by the pandemic and collected under the title 'EEC opens the window' to which more than 1,000 people have subscribed.

In the first week of confinement, EEC launched the free webinar series In Conversation With,  It has offered free sessions to deal with the grief experienced during this stage; and has opened a working and reflection group on LinkedIn called The window, now transformed into this Spotify channel.
