Soft-skills: essential competences for the future of work in the EEC

New programmes for entrepreneurs, educators and practitioners in social and agile environments

Developing 'soft skills' is being defined as the new differential advantage among professionals. A demand that Escuela Europea de Coaching is willing to meet by sharing its expertise in the area of communication and relationship skills.

"In this increasingly uncertain world, we need to coordinate actions, collaborate at a distance, learn to be flexible and listen empathetically. All environments and all professionals can benefit from the development of our communication and relational skills," say the heads of EEC.

People who are thinking of becoming self-employed, starting up a new project or self-employed people who need to get their clients more right as an entrepreneur. Storytelling and Personal Branding Work on your personal brand, create an offer that makes sense in your client's world.  which starts on 15 June. Finally, people who work with family and adolescent groups have the opportunity to develop their way of working with the tools of coaching with the help of Rosa Barriuso and the programme of Specialisation in adolescents and familywhich kicks off on 5 June.
