New call for the Online Cycle I of the Executive Coaching Certification, in the afternoon.

The European School of Coaching opens a new call for Executive Coaching Certification – Cycle I Online, which will begin next 21 September in the afternoon, specifically from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., Madrid time, Spain, always live.

The emergence of artificial intelligence is accelerating the transformation of the labour market and, with it, the demand for those skills that technology cannot replace. Skills such as Critical thinking, creativity, empathy, listening, emotional intelligence, and the ability to generate quality conversations are some of the most valued skills by organisations today.

as indicated by the most recent studies of World Economic Forum, which place cognitive, social, and leadership skills among those with the highest growth and demand in the coming years. In the same vein, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) aiming for sustained growth in the coaching profession, driven by the need to develop these competencies in companies and organisations increasingly immersed in processes of change.

With this context, the European School of Coaching is launching a new edition of the Cycle I Online of the Executive Coaching Certificationor, a training tour of Four weeks especially aimed at working professionals who wish to strengthen their leadership and communication skills and incorporate coaching tools into their professional practice.

During the 46 hours of training, The participants train the fundamental coaching competencies through a highly practical methodology, based on experience, reflection, and shared learning. The programme allows attendees to learn the model of the European School of Coaching and can be taken as independent training or as the first step of the Executive Coaching Certification, accredited by ICF.

The training will be provided in online mode and in the afternoon, making participation easier from anywhere and compatible with professional activity.
