Escuela Europea de Coaching, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary at the service of personal and professional development, announces as part of its commitment to the training and growth of its students, a new edition of the Executive Coaching Initiation Cycle, which will be held at Madrid in May in the afternoons.
This Introductory Cycle in Executive Coaching is the beginning of the EEC's coaching training and allows participants to incorporate the key concepts of executive coaching into their training.oncepts of coaching at a personal level and start the training in professional coaching competencies.
A unique event
The new edition of the Executive Coaching Initiation Cycle will be held in Madrid on Wednesdays and Fridays from 3 to 31 May 2023, at timetable from 17:00 to 21:00 hours at the Escuela Europea de Coaching in Madrid.
The Executive Coaching Initiation Cycle is made up of group and individual coaching sessions, and it is certified to 100% by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Participants will have access to materials and documentation, as well as to the online platform Campus EEC and the technical and academic support of the school.
The EEC emphasises that this training cycle is an opportunity to activating change and developing skills such as effective communication, creativity, adaptability and resilience and that participants will have the possibility to continue their training at Level 2 of the programme.
