In a singular and unique event, the Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) held its first Alumni Observed and Analysed Session in English, attended by more than 50 people. The event was moderated by Ruth Gavilán, Co-Director of the EEC Academy, and Emilio Asurga, PCC Coach, who led a crucial part of the meeting live as a coach.
These observed sessions, which EEC Alumni periodically schedules free of charge, are the most followed and valued activities by the EEC learning community as they allow attendees the opportunity to share their perceptions on how the coach's questions and interventions are aligning with each of the competencies assessed.
Encouraging continuous learning of coaches
This event in English not only allows us to observe first-hand how coaching is a discipline based on a specific and proven methodology, which is also based on the use of competencies established by the International Coaching Federation, to which EEC adheres to ensure the quality of its training and coaching sessions for students and corporate clients.
This meeting demonstrated EEC's continued commitment to the development and training of high quality coaches, reaffirming its dedication to experiential teaching methods and compliance with international standards of coaching competence in Spanish and English.
