At the European School of Coaching, we present a specific training in Mentor Coaching, designed in accordance with the new requirements of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for those professionals who wish to practice as mentor coaches and obtain recognition Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) through the professional experience route.
The programme, which will begin on 24 September, will be taught online, live and via streaming, offering rigorous preparation aligned with international standards for those who wish to support other coaches in their professional development.

Ruth Gavilán, MCC coach and Academic Co-Director of EEC, has already obtained her recognition Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which at EEC we make available to fellow coaches, so that they can achieve the same milestone.
As an expert coach mentor, Ruth also leads this new EEC Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) programme, a specific training for mentor coaches to obtain this specialization, an ICF requirement for mentoring coaches.
This new training from EEC welcomes the changes announced by the International Coaching Federation this spring in its accreditation model, incorporating new specialisations and credentials.
Among these changes presented by ICF, two new specialisations for coaches stand out: Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) and Coaching Supervisor Specialization (CSS), and two new accreditations for programmes: AAMC (Advanced Accredited Mentor Coach) y AASC (Advanced Accredited Supervisor Coach).
Specialisations and accreditations that ICF offers to coaches who dedicate themselves, or wish to dedicate themselves, to mentoring and supervising other coaches, and which are already reflected in the European School of Coaching's offerings, true to its purpose of supporting the coaching community in meeting ICF requirements from the outset.
