Luis Carchak, MCC coach and director of the International Team Coaching programme at EEC, will expand his knowledge in the area with ICF Mexico during a free webinar that will take place on Tuesday 17 October.
Luis Carchak, who has more than 20 years of experience coaching teams, presents his book "Coaching Teams in Practice". This book compiles his experience and expertise and reveals how to coach a team in real time, coordinating actions in an effective and non-intrusive way.
The presentation of the book at ICF Mexico precedes the celebration of a new edition of the programme to sustainably train the skills of the team coach. The next edition of Team Coaching will take place in online format and starts on 30 October.
