Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) is extending our training offer and, beyond executive coaching, we are introducing a new line of training designed to manage the need for continuous adaptation of professionals in any sector and organisation.
The European Leadership School, the title of the new series of short training courses, was created to bring innovative methodologies for cultivating inspirational leadership and effective engagement to all types of professionals.
Aimed at leaders, managers and professionals from different sectors.These programmes are structured to develop emotional intelligence, influencing skills and effective communication strategies in dynamic and diverse environments.
Thus, participants will have the opportunity to explore from leadership techniques based on Shakespeare's plays to advanced communication strategies and emotional management.
Between May and June, the EEC European Leadership School will be launching three new short courses, these are ‘The leader on stage‘, ‘Connect with your audience‘ and ‘Managing Emotions to Inspirational Leadership‘.
Each of them is designed to provide a interactive learning experience, with both face-to-face and online modalities to adapt to the demands and preferences of each professional.
