In her presentation during EEC Consultoria's Corporate Talks, Monica Serra, brand general manager of La Roche Posay, shared her experience on how coaching can lead business teams to achieve exceptional levels of performance.

Monica Serra also mentioned the use of annual questionnaires to measure team well-being. This provides valuable information on barriers that can affect employee performance and engagement.
