Joan Díaz, new MCC coach in Escuela Europea de Coaching

6 July 2022

Joan Díaz, Director of EEC Catalonia and Corporate Business Development, is from this week MCC coach, i.e. Master Certified Coach, the highest accreditation in ICF.

Mentoring, training and effort

"I feel satisfaction and pride. I have a very positive feeling, says Joan Díaz about his recent accreditation which has an impact on the whole EEC. "It is a way of reinforcing the professional standard of the European School, in terms of being able to show that those of us who are providing training are able to receive this recognition," he explains.

Specific training

"It's a whole process that you go through for years, in addition to the 2,500 hours of practice and updating through continuous training every three years, the demanding ICF examination, the last step, and a mentoring work that I have done with Silvia Guarnieri," he continues.

Thus, the EEC coach and consultant has been able to achieve this important goal thanks to the mentoring and support of the other MCCs of the Escuela Europea de Coaching who teach the Advanced Programme for Expert Coaches.

7 MCC coaches at Escuela Europea de Coaching

With the title recently obtained by Joan Díaz, there are now seven MCC coaches on the staff of the Escuela Europea de Coaching, which continues to make the EEC the coaching training company with the highest number of MCC coaches.

EEC Master Coaches such as Silvia Guarnieri, Luis Carchak, Francisco Junquera and Rosa Barriuso in Spain, and Raquel Guarnieri and Laura Avernone in Italy have now been joined by Joan Díaz in Catalonia.
