The Fundaciò Factor Humà and the European Coaching School (EEC) join forces to make the benefits of executive coaching available to the organisations that are associated with the Fundaciò Factor Humà. To this end, the agreement, which starts this October 2018, establishes several ways of action.
On the one hand, the agreement opens the door to the members of the Fundaciò Factor Humà to the EEC's Executive Coaching Certification Programme, focused on training the capacity of influence, communication and leadership to facilitate the use of coaching skills and tools in the professional work of the manager, with his team and his organisation, and to get closer to the competences of the leader-coach.
The partnership gives people who work in one of the foundation's 64 partner organisations the opportunity to take the course at a discounted price. Executive Coaching Certification Programme in Madrid or Barcelona. The training has a specific working methodology designed by the EEC training team, which is experiential and experiential.
Executive coaching in the third sector
The agreement between the Fundaciò Factor Humà and EEC is also open to the third sector and establishes that the non-profit organisations associated with the Fundaciò can offer their employees and collaborators executive coaching processes at a symbolic price.
Specifically, the collaboration details that the coaching processes are individual and consist of between six and eight sessions. It also specifies that the coaches are trained and certified in executive coaching by the EEC and hold the ACTP (Accredited Coach Training Program) accreditation from the ICF (International Coach Federation).
