European School of Coaching, international presence

1st of February 2026

The presence in Europe and LATAM, the face-to-face programs in Miami, the live online editions in Spanish and English, and a proprietary platform for corporate coaching that operates in 15 countries and 8 languages make it clear that EEC has a global reach.

There are no borders. The European School of Coaching (EEC) expands the future of professionals and organizations beyond a place. Its international reach is based on three pillars: the classrooms, the headquarters, and the consulting projects.

From its headquarters in Madrid, founded in 2003, the European Coaching School operates today worldwide: more than 7,000 certified coaches and more than 17,000 students trained over two decades. In 2025 alone, it delivered approximately 10,000 hours of training, with more than 500 people in the classroom and 150 new certified coaches.

A classroom without borders

The online editions of EEC are taught in synchronous classroomAll sessions are conducted live with trainers, coaches, and supervisors; there is no recorded content or self-guided modules.

The format allows participants connected from different locations to be included in the same promotion. different countries and time zoness, and converts that diversity In part, the learning process: the practice of coaching takes place among professionals from different markets, organizational cultures, and leadership styles.

The students' origin also confirms the global reach of Escuela Europea de Coaching. The English edition of the Executive Coaching Certification had already trained coaches from more than 100 countries in 2024. 15 countries, and the convocations in Spanish bring together professionals from Spain and all of Latin America in the same classroom.

It's not a logistical coincidence: a big part of the value of learning group coaching lies in listening to how leadership is conducted, how requests are made, and how non-native cultures are spoken to.

Seats with local team and support

EEC also provides face-to-face programs in Miami —the Certification in Executive Coaching and the Team Coaching Program, in Spanish—, with an agreement with the Spanish-US Chamber of Commerce. which facilitates the access of its partners. Argentina and Panama They are among the school's strategic markets.

All EEC certification programs are accredited by the ICF, the international reference federation of coaching, at levels Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. of the Level 2 certification pathway. It qualifies for professional practice and is recognized homogeneously in any country: The accreditation accompanies the coach wherever he or she works..

The seals that the EEC itself issues—the Executive Coach by EEC diploma, among others—therefore have international validity: what supports them is not local recognition, but the accreditation of the ICF. The same applies to continuing education credits (CCE) that the school issues in its workshops: they serve to renew an ICF credential from any country, without any homologation procedures.

The relationship with ICF does not end with accreditation either.

EEC participates in the International Coaching Week, The week that the ICF promotes every year worldwide, with its own program of free activities: in 2026 it brought together more than 400 registrants in sessions in Spanish and English, online and in person, led by coaches with MCC and PCC credentials. The content ranged from the biological foundation of changing habits and beliefs to the role of emotions in learning, systemic perspective or the competencies of a coach at the highest level.

Global projects and own platform

The EEC consulting area supports more than 400 customer companies, Among them are 60% of the companies in the IBEX 35 and many of them are multinational companies. In 2025, it developed nearly 200 customized projects in a hundred organizations, and in 2024 it managed 35 international projects in several languages.

Much of these processes are managed through DCX (Digital Coaching Experience), the school's own platform, which operates in 15 countries and 8 languages and accumulates more than 1,500 coaching processes, with an average satisfaction of 4.95 out of 5 in 2025.

DCX integrates profiles, self-evaluations, surveys, action plan, session recording, and direct conversation between coach and coachee. For an organization with distributed teams, this means being able to deploy the same program in multiple languages and time zones while maintaining a single view of the project.
