30 March 2026

A very significant proportion of the trainees have been able to convert what they learnt in the EEC into professional practice and real income., according to a survey conducted by Escuela Europea de Coaching.

Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) reinforces its position with the results of a survey of its alumni on their professional career after becoming certified at the school.

The data reflect a clear impact in terms of employability. According to the survey, the 55.67% currently works as a coach and another 22.66% has worked as a coach since completing their training at EEC, which places it in 77,23% the percentage of alumni who have worked as coaches after their time at the school.

The monetisation of what has been learnt in EQE is another of the indicators highlighted. Among those who have practised, work: 73.89% states that this training is currently part of their paid professional activity

Furthermore, when analysing the weight that this professional practice has on their income, the survey shows that el 25.86% la identifica como su principal fuente de ingresos and on 31.03% as a secondary sourcewhile the 37.07% declares one-off or supplementary income

The speed of entry into professional practice is also relevant. Among those who have worked as a coach after training at EEC, the 48.41% began in less than three months and 19.75% between three and six months, which means that around 70% began before six months

Added to this is the perception of the competitive value of the training received. When asked to what extent training at the EEC has made them more competitive as a coach, more than 50 per cent place it in the top rating range (9-10).,and another 43% give it scores ranging from 7 to 8 out of 10.

Beyond the percentages, the survey shows a diverse reality: alumni who turn their learning at the EEC into an independent profession, professionals who integrate it into their HR or consultancy functions, and profiles that apply it in leadership, team development or organisational transformation.

These data reinforce a key idea for the EEC: it is not just about learning coaching, but doing so in a training environment that is able to translate that learning into practice, a professional value proposition and, in many cases, a real income stream..

On the other hand, I will take the PCC ICF exam, with the intention of going one step further in terms of high-level executive coaching processes».»

«It was a radical change in my professional career, I left everything and went into coaching. Since then, I have dedicated myself exclusively to this profession. Continuing my studies at the EEC and other schools has been fundamental. But the EEC stamp, which I haven't seen in coaches from other schools, is very important in differentiating my career».»

«Currently as a freelancer, coaching is a small part of my life but a big part of my personal contribution. I have a few clients and I keep myself updated and open to continue growing personally and professionally in the field of coaching».

«I work in HR so it has been easy for me to integrate it to guide people with personal and professional blocks. It has developed my third ear and I have a different way of listening and filtering what comes to me. It gives me a lot of satisfaction to apply it».»
