European School of Coaching in Miami: leaders and professionals will be able to take 2 prestigious EEC training courses in person

13 April 2026

European School of Coaching (EEC) announces their arrival at Miami, Florida in the United States, in 2026, a new milestone within its Internationalisation strategy, after more than two decades of experience and prestige in the field of coaching in Europe and Latin America.

Their arrival in Miami with in-person programmes in Spanish marks a relevant advancement in its international expansion and brings its academic proposal closer to professionals interested in coaching, leadership and team development in the North American market; although it is not the first time EEC has developed training activities in the United States, where it has already provided online training for companies.

This opening is also part of a wider growth process, which will continue with new developments in strategic markets such as Panama and Argentina, thereby reinforcing the school's international vocation and its commitment to continuing to support professionals and organisations in different cultural and business contexts.

European School of Coaching in Miami with 2 programmes

Arriving in Miami presents an opportunity for both those wishing to begin coaching through rigorous and internationally recognised training, and for coaches already in practice looking to broaden their skillsets, update their practice or specialise in new areas of intervention. As such, EEC's training offering in Miami will include two of its most representative programmes.

Executive Coaching Certification Programme

Starting from August 2026 y en enero de 2027, la Certificación de Coaching de EEC ofrece una formación de 196 hours in format In-person in Miami and online sessions, with an experiential and practical methodology focused on the development of coaching, leadership, and communication competencies.

The Level 2 training by ICF will allow participants to undertake their own coaching process alongside a professional coach, train coaching skills in an applied environment, incorporate artificial intelligence tools into their development as a coach, and carry out their first practical sessions with real clients.

– Team Coaching Programme

Beginning also the 17 August 2026, this programme, in In-person format and with a duration of 75 hours, it is aimed at supporting the transformation of high-performance teams within organisations through leadership skills coaching.

The training proposal, AATC by ICF, focuses on a deep reading of team dynamics from a systemic approach, the development of trusting environments, practice with real teams, and personalised supervision by accredited coaches.

A First Meeting in Miami: AI and Coaching Applied to Leadership

As a prelude to this new phase, EEC will hold the European School of Coaching Presentation Event in Miami on Thursday, 28th May 2026, from 9:30 to 11:30 AM. Practical Workshop: AI and Coaching, at the Chamber of Commerce Spain in Miami.

During the meeting, some key questions for leaders and teams will be addressed: what coaching really is and how it can be applied in professional contexts; what are the costs to organisations of avoided conversations; what are the limits of artificial intelligence when it comes to leadership —script, efficiency and data versus empathy, presence and human judgment—; and what concrete tools can help prepare and sustain difficult conversations with greater clarity, confidence and impact.

At the event, alongside Mónica Pérez-Zorrilla, MCC, we will discuss coaching applied to leadership, the cost of avoiding difficult conversations, the limitations of AI versus human empathy, and practical tools for addressing key conversations in teams and organisations.
