Both entities sign an agreement to jointly promote and disseminate coaching and other personal and professional development disciplines.
Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) and CIMA, the Andorran Coaching and Mentoring Association, have signed this week a collaboration agreement to jointly disseminate and promote the practices of coaching and other disciplines of personal and professional development.
Specifically, the collaboration includes the organisation of training, certifications and specialisation programmes, as well as the joint holding of events and the creation of documentation and reports on coaching or joint participation in development and innovation projects in coaching, mentoring or other methodologies linked to the growth and empowerment of individuals and work teams.

Escuela Europea de Coaching has been actively supporting coaching in Andorra for many years. on-site since 2012. For its part, the Andorran Coaching and Mentoring Association - CIMA is a non-profit organisation, in operation since 2024, whose aim is to promote and disseminate accredited professional coaching and mentoring.
Among the first coaching activities in Andorra organised jointly by the two entities, a workshop was held to raise awareness of the discipline of executive coaching and its impact on the processes of change and development.
Entitled 'Coaching with purpose', the conference will take place on 18 September at Ingeni Coworking Escaldes, from 18:00 h to 19:30 h, and will be given by Mónica Pérez-Zorrilla, MCC coach from Escuela Europea de Coaching.
