Emotional intelligence and teamwork, pillars of EEC training in Chile

17 October 2019

Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC), a pioneer in coaching training in Spain, will offer two of its training courses for professionals who are already coaches in the country considered to be the cradle of coaching, Chile.

On 30 November, the EEC is launching the Conem by EEC Expert Coach in Emotional Management programme, in which it proposes to train in emotions in order to be able to accompany processes of change.

Thus, the programme invites participants to investigate and experience what happens in joy, sadness and anger, for example, in order to reflect on what actions are possible depending on the emotion in which we find ourselves and also to know how to change from one emotion to another.

On 3 December, the prestigious Team Coaching programme will kick off, which trains coaching professionals in the systemic approach to accompanying live work teams during their meetings, an accompaniment that is therefore very different from individual coaching, but which shares with this type of coaching that brings clients closer to their objectives. The programme is aimed at coaches interested in expanding their intervention skills.

Silvia Guarnieri and Luis Carchak, MCC coaches, will be, respectively, the trainers of these trainings designed entirely by the academic department of EEC, recognised with 16 and 53 ICF CCE credits, and focused on the learning by doing methodology that allows the student to experience the concepts in a practical way.
