In the coaching process, each client can work on their personal and professional challenges with the accompaniment of a professional (in this case EEC student coaches) who will provide them with the listening skills, powerful questions and feedback they need to achieve their objectives.

Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) is mainly aimed at organisations in Madrid and Barcelona, where the sessions can be held in person, although organisations that would like their collaborators to do the sessions online are also invited to participate.
