ICF recognises and launches its new credential with the programme for aspiring MCC coaches from the European School of Coaching.
The International Coaching Federation, the American association that sets and upholds quality standards for coaching worldwide, has for the first time endorsed the Level 3 accreditation, a new recognition for Master Coach level training, for the Advanced Programme for Expert Coaches from the European School of Coaching.
«We are celebrating the great news of this approval, we feel proud to be the first school in the world that can train MCC aspirants in Spanish,» assures Silvia Guarnieri, coach MCC and co-founder of EEC, for whom this success has been possible thanks to the commitment to innovation and excellence as a constant value in the work at the European School of Coaching since its beginning 20 years ago.
The commitment to developing EEC as an offering for all people who can grow through its programmes has been a constant, even during the pandemic, when various skills training programmes were designed and marketed.
For PCC coaches in development
The Advanced Programme for Expert Coaches is a new programme for professional coaches that EEC is launching online in September. It supports participants in training to practice at MCC level and also in preparing their application to receive the MCC credential from the ICF. It offers meticulous, personalised support and is delivered exclusively by MCC coach facilitators.
From September, coaches aiming for MCC can meet their coaching training requirements within the Advanced Expert Coach Programme that EEC offers online and in Spanish.
World premiere of Level 3
This new Level 3 credential, introduced by the ICF earlier this year, establishes a new training pathway for professional coaches with years of practice who wish to develop their practice and achieve the highest credential awarded by the ICF and recognised by its acronym MCC, Master Certified Coach.
