Watching live coaching, practising emotional management and deepening the power of language are some of the topics that EEC offers free of charge to all those interested in coaching, emotions and development in five activities in Madrid, in Barcelona and in online format on 29th and 30th April and 2nd May.
An opportunity for all those interested in joining this prestigious European Coaching School (EEC) and getting to know first-hand its professionals, its philosophy and its way of doing quality executive coaching.
The five workshops are part of the International Coaching Week, an initiative of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to raise awareness and disseminate professional coaching, which EEC programmes in order to generate collaborative learning from practice and professionalism.
Observation, reflection and practice
Those attending these activities will have the opportunity to witness live coaching in two activities called 'Observed Sessions' that EEC has programmed in both EEC Madrid and EEC Barcelona and they will also be able to get started in the emotional management of a difficult emotion, fear, which accompanies us so much and paralyses us so much in the on-site workshop in EEC Barcelona, 'Conversing with fear'.
In addition, the EEC activities will allow you to discover the power of coaching, in general, and language, in particular, through a face-to-face activity in Barcelona and another online activity that will focus on a pillar for the work in EEC, from the definition that "language is a generator of realities" through an activity
Coaching and experience
The faces of EEC who will give these workshops as part of the International Coaching Week will be Rosa Zappino and Cristina Martínez de Aragón, both PCC coaches, leading the '.Observation of a session Learning based on ICF competencies'.on Monday 29 April in Madrid. This activity will be held on Tuesday 30 April at the EEC facilities in Barcelona, with PCC coaches Mónica Pérez-Zorrilla and Josep Ventura.

The EEC's proposal comes to an end with the emotional management workshop Conversing with fearPCC coach Rosa María Coto will be in person at EEC Barcelona on Thursday 2 May.
