In the career of a professional coach, there comes a time when the need to evolve becomes a priority. After obtaining a solid foundation and certification, the next step is to go deeper, to specialise in a niche and to acquire tools to address more complex and specific challenges.

Coaching specialisations: what's your next challenge?

  1. Team Coaching (AATC and 75CCE-approved programme)Led by Luis Carchak, MCC and ACTC, this programme will enable you to intervene effectively in real-time team meetings. With 75 hours of training, available in both classroom and streaming mode, it will offer you a supervised practical experience. It starts in Madrid on 5 September, in streaming on 4 November, and in Barcelona on 7 November.
  2. Expert Coach in Emotional Management (48 CCE)This programme offers you a deep immersion in emotional management, with a practical experience that will allow you to understand and apply this knowledge in your coaching processes. It starts on 13 September in Barcelona and on 23 September in streaming, with a total duration of 48 hours.
  3. ICF Credentialing Examination Preparation WorkshopDesigned for coaches preparing for the ICF ACC, PCC or MCC credential, this 5-hour practical workshop will help you approach the exam with confidence. Available in streaming mode on 19 September and 21 November.
  4. Specialisation in Adolescents and FamilyTackle the unique challenges presented by adolescents and their families with this 30-hour course, which will provide you with specific tools and methods. It starts on 4 October in streaming mode.
  5. Coach Supervision (33 SCC)Continue perfecting your practice with this 34-hour programme, which includes supervision and complementary training. Available in Barcelona from 30 October and streaming from 11 December.

EEC's specialisation programmes are an opportunity for coaches trained in all the schools to soak up the practical and experiential teaching methodologies that characterise EEC and to share space and connection with the most experienced and expert trainers.
