Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) joins once again the International Coaching Week (ICW), the global event promoted by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to highlight the positive impact of coaching on organisations and individuals.
In this edition, EEC offers a diverse and free programme with face-to-face sessions in Barcelona and online meetings open to everyone, guided by prestigious MCC and PCC coaches. A unique opportunity to train, share and live coaching from direct experience.
Each of these sessions is an invitation to deepen our understanding of the key competencies of professional coachingfrom different points of view and levels of experience. Essential skills such as presence, active listening, emotional management, the creation of awareness and the design of transformative actions will be worked on.
We especially emphasise the opportunity to learn from coaches MCC (Master Certified Coach)whose practice reflects the excellence and maturity of coaching at its highest level. His presence inspires, elevates the conversation and reminds us that coaching is first and foremost a relational art based on trust, respect and human potential.
In addition, Escuela Europea de Coaching will offer an activity in English for all professionals interested in the skills trained in the Executive Coaching Certification Program, which will be reviewed by PCC coach Sofía Taouqi, on Thursday 12 with the webinar The future of leadership is human, not artificial, and it starts with you.

Face-to-face in Barcelona: experience coaching in action
The most eagerly awaited event will take place on Thursday 15 May at 12:00 noon with an exceptional proposal: the observation and technical analysis of a professional coaching session. It will be a unique opportunity to witness live coaching and access, from the inside, the nuances that make the difference in a high-level session. The session will be led by Mónica Pérez-Zorrilla, MCC coach, and Manuela Rama, PCC coach, who will also guide the subsequent analysis from a professional and didactic perspective.
Two days before, on Tuesday 13 May at 11:00 a.m., Marc Marín (PCC) will offer the session "The operating system metaphor to enhance coaching mastery".The book is a revealing reflection on how our "internal software" operates as coaches and how it influences our decisions and style of intervention.
And to open the week, on Monday 12 May at 16:00 h, Saul Larrayad (PCC) will facilitate "Emotional skills to lead in times of AI".The event will be an experiential session where he will share dynamics and practical strategies for cultivating liquid and emotionally intelligent leadership in increasingly digitalised contexts.
