The EEC Alumni Community, the free activity space of the Escuela Europea de Coaching for coaches, takes stock of the 2022 financial year, highlighting the confidence of the participants and presents the new developments for the new year.
More than 1,200 people have attended the events organised for the Spanish-speaking coaching community, with the aim of bringing them into contact with new approaches, perspectives and trends in the sector that have an impact on their professional development.
To this end, EEC Alumni has convened a total of 11 events during the year, featuring 14 experts from inside and outside the house.. Among the latter, Gabriel García de Oro, Pilar Jericó, Gonzalo Bermejo, Verónica Gamero and Carlos Javier González Serrano came to EEC Alumni to share their expertise.
EEC coaches include Ruth Gavilán, Saúl Larrayad, Luis Miró, Mónica Pérez-Zorrilla, Fernando Vargas, Blanca Huarte-Mendicoa and MCCs Rosa Barriuso, Silvia Guarnieri and Luis Carchak.
The luxury of live events at EEC Alumni
As every year, the most popular activities have been the observed coaching sessions analysed by an EEC PCC coach, which allow the participants to attend and dissect a live session, competency by competency.
In 2012, when this community was created, "our aim was to create a space in which our students could share the cases that most concerned them in the context of their coaching processes, so that they felt accompanied by the EEC on their path towards professional excellence", says Juan Luis Ayuso, head of EEC Alumni, who announced the recovery of this spirit.
Supervision and attendance, new developments EEC Alumni 2023
"In 2023 we want to offer again to our active Alumni coaches an exclusive and free Coaching Supervision activity for them. This will take the form of six meetings a year for EEC Alumni members to supervise their coaching processes and cases.
These activities of Group Supervision for Coaches will start in March with two face-to-face activities in Madrid and Barcelona. These are also restricted-access workshops, exclusively and free of charge for the EEC Alumni community, i.e. for people who have trained at EEC.
The recovery of EEC Alumni's face-to-face activities are being launched this January at EEC Barcelona. On the 25th of January, the activity Learning in the practice of team coaching will take place, open to all those interested in coaching.
