Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) is launching new editions of its Summer Intensive Coaching Training within the Cycle I: Introduction to Executive Coaching program.This training is designed for professionals who want to begin their journey into the world of coaching through a rigorous, hands-on format that fits into their schedule.
This intensive format is crafted to deliver, in just a few days, the foundations of professional executive coaching through a dynamic, experiential training program. It is officially recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as part of the Level 2 certification pathway..

Spanning a total of 46 hours,this training allows participants to engage in dynamic activities aimed at developing key competences for supporting leadership and change processes in both personal and organizational settings. The curriculum combines theoretical content, experiential dynamics, live classroom coaching practice, and a real three-session coaching process with a client, under the supervision of certified professional coaches.
