Executive coaching, as a tool, enables people to review their own behaviours, actions and results and to look at the changes they want to make. Y the proposed programme is the ideal setting for HR professionals to can train these new skills.
In addition, this edition will have a group of students made up exclusively of professionals from the HR sector; the contents and case studies will review the current challenges of people management in organisations; and the facilitators are consultants and coaches who are experts in change management and the achievement of objectives in companies.
