Executive Coaching Certification in new afternoon timetable in Madrid

Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) announces a new mode of study for its renowned Executive Coaching Certification Programme, now available in a new format. afternoon hours in Madrid. 

This initiative comes in response to the high demand for training quality training adapted to the needs of those who are looking to improve their leadership and communication skills, or who wish to work as professional coaches and need to do so in person. 

"There are times and circumstances in which face-to-face presence becomes, paradoxically, a tool for conciliation. as it allows you to find a defined space to concentrate, interact face-to-face with colleagues and facilitators, and physically separate home and work space to achieve mental and emotional balance". 

The programme is aimed at professionals from all areas, and consists of two key training courses. The Executive Coaching Initiation Cycle is designed to provide participants with the fundamental basics of executive coaching, thus allowing a first approach to the most effective techniques and tools in the sector. Starts on 17 October.

The second cycle of the Executive Coaching Certification focuses on deepening the constant practice of the skills necessary to practice as a professional coach, with special emphasis on communication, relationship and leadership skills. Starting in February 2024.

Worldwide accredited training

Successful completion of both cycles will grant participants a certification that will endorse them in the field of executive coaching, backed by the solidity and prestige of the EEC and the International Coaching Federation, which regulates the coaching sector worldwide.
