The event "From love or from fear" held at EEC Alumni, presented by coach and facilitator Mónica Pérez-Zorrilla, was a fascinating presentation on the idea that people do things from two fundamental emotions: love and fear.

Mónica Pérez-Zorrilla, expert in emotional intelligence, coach and facilitator in the programme '.Management and Emotional Awareness'.spoke about how fear is an energy that contracts and blocks us, while love is the energy that expands and heals us. In short, the Alumni workshop "From love or from fear". by Mónica Pérez-Zorrilla was an opportunity to explore how our emotions and needs influence our actions and how we can become aware of these influences in order to make more conscious and authentic decisions.
