Today, the first day of a new season, Escuela Europea de Coaching shares the modalities designed for people who have little time during the "school year" and a great desire to make a change. For them, we propose the summer formats of the first cycle of the Executive Coaching Certification Programme. Face-to-face in Barcelona, Valencia and Madrid in July and online in August.
46 hours of training, an individual coaching process with a PCC coach to train the guidelines for a constructive conversation focused on the future and the design of action plans, while provoking growth; a training to become aware of the impact and influence of leadership itself, on teams and the organisation; and a training to learn the keys to be an effective leader-coach in the face of current challenges.
Change is the constant, although we don't always see it that way. Evolution and transformation are part of nature, and this programme allows us to connect with this continuous and flexible vision of life.
In addition, the first step which is Cycle I of the Executive Coaching Certification Programme awards a diploma and worldwide ACSTH accreditation by ICF and gives access to the material and documentation, access to the 24/7 EEC Campus, includes individual coaching by a supervisor and the technical department... and is the opportunity to review beliefs, practice competencies such as listening and receive an ACSTH accreditation from ICF.
This summer, EEC is offering this first cycle of its Certification in July in Valencia, Barcelona and Madrid and in August in an intensive online format.
