«People who are very negative or overly mental take energy away from me. I walk away as soon as I can».»

I am a brave, committed, constant, generous, passionate, sensitive and cheerful woman. I am always looking to continue growing as a person and as a professional.

How did you come to coaching in general and to EEC in particular?
By chance. At the perfect moment. When I was in a process of personal growth. An advert I received from EEC aroused my curiosity, I did an interview and fell in love with the approach. I wanted to train as a coach to better accompany the people I was already accompanying from other places.

What is your passion?
People. I am passionate about people and words. Everything that has to do with understanding the human soul. And to be able to put it into words for me is wonderful.

How do you charge your batteries? What gives you energy?
Nature, music, reading, good food, sharing with people I love, good conversation, humour. I recharge a lot when I am in contact with myself, in quiet and calm spaces.

What drains your energy and how do you manage it?
Places with a lot of noise, a lot of stimulation. People who are very negative or overly mental. I get away as soon as I can, breathe, write and look for a quiet space.

What news would you like to hear?
That the wars are over.

Complete the sentence: Through coaching I learned...
...to take care of my needs and to listen to the other.

What distinction of coaching would you highlight, why and what for?
The distinction between need and demand. It helped me to become aware of how I related to others, where I stood and what responsibility I took. It allowed me to start listening to my need and also to recognise that I didn't have to take care of everything that others asked of me.

What impact has coaching had on your personal and professional life?
Very much so. It has impacted me as a philosophy of life, both personally and professionally. It has been and is a tool that allows me to live with more awareness, presence and connection.

What would you say to someone considering training in coaching?
That he is going to learn what is not taught at school or university. That it will transform the way you look at yourself and the world. Don't hesitate, if you feel the call, give it a try.

What has been your greatest achievement?
To be able to dedicate myself to what I like. To have my own space. To be my own boss.

And your biggest challenge?
To believe in myself. To dare. To take action.

What mistake have you learned the most from?
Of not saying "no" in time. Of not taking care of me when I needed it.

Complete the sentence: I would like to...
Continue to have the serenity you have acquired and enjoy life.

Complete the sentence: I never thought that...
I never thought I would be a professional coach.

What is success for you?
What nourishes me most is knowing that my work is useful to others. I like it when someone thanks me for a session, a question, a look... When I realise that my way of being in the world is a gift to others.

Is there anything else you would like to add?
Thank you, thank you, thank you. To life, to my teachers, to my colleagues, to the people who trust me, to those who support and accompany me. For being there, for trusting me, for making me grow.
