Executive and Team Coaching Certification

I am a creative and restless person, eager to get to know myself, to always learn, and to share what I've learned with others, serving people and accompanying them through times of change and development.

How did you get into coaching in general? And how did you get into EEC in particular?
Due to the concern, after being a trainer, of accompanying individuals in more individual and longer processes to foster change. After looking at many alternatives, it was the one that suited me best after asking people who had studied coaching.

What is your passion?
My passion is the human being, come on, the HUMAN BEING.

How do you charge your batteries? What gives you energy?
Meditation, sport, healthy food, theatre and art.

What takes it away from you? How do you deal with it?
My mind racing, paying too much attention to it, my demands as a professional and mother, and wanting to achieve everything "perfectly". Wanting to please. These things take it away from me.

What news would you like to hear?
That people have taken responsibility for their own lives.

Complete the sentence: Through coaching I learned...
Through coaching, I learned to mature and take responsibility for my emotions and decisions.

Which of the coaching distinctions do you choose? Why and what for?
Demand-excellence. Because in excellence, I compare myself to myself; my measure is within me and in how I give my best. There is self-compassion and no rejection or punishment; there is no idea of perfection to reach, but rather an awareness of giving what I can give and shining.

What impact has what you have learned in coaching had on your personal and professional life?
With my team, which I lead, a big change. In how I sell myself and offer what I am as an opportunity to others. In my self-image and love for myself. Furthermore, I dedicate part of my work to being a coach and a team coach. I am fortunate to put what I love into practice often. By listening, I receive so much.

How and with whom do you currently apply coaching?
With clients in life coaching, executive coaching and team coaching.

What would you say to someone considering training in coaching?
What is a huge transformative experience that provides many resources beyond just wanting to practise. And that at the European School of Coaching you leave completely prepared to practise, because they have excellent methodology and great professionals.

What has been your greatest achievement?
Start loving yourself and stop judging yourself, and by extension, others, and keep at it.

What is your biggest challenge?
To wake up every day wanting to live.

What mistake have you learned the most from?
Believe me, on some occasions, I am better or worse than other people.

Complete the sentence: I would like to...
I would like to live with more lightness and a sense of humour.

Complete the sentence: I never thought that...
I never thought I COULD.

What is success for you?
To be happy with what I have, to be centred within myself regardless of what is happening around me, to feel abundant irrespective of the money I possess.
