About me, in brief
I am Eloisa Constante, and I live in Guadalajara, Mexico. I have an 18-year-old daughter named Amaris. I specialize in providing Executive Coaching in organizations and designing coaching programs for executives. I am now incorporating Team Coaching into my services, offering coaching supervision to colleagues who are in the process of obtaining their ICF credential. I recently obtained my MCC in March 2023.
What is my passion?
To accompany others in connecting with their resources to achieve their goals, learn new things, share learning and experience with colleagues, and spend time with my family.
News I would like to hear
That my daughter was accepted to medical school.
My greatest achievement
Personally, to accompany my daughter in her growth as she turns 18, and professionally, having obtained my MCC.

Where do I see myself in three years?
With my coaching brand established, traveling more with my daughter, and continuing my development as a coach.
The last time I was moved...
At the end of the year, when reviewing 2023, I felt grateful to know that I had work and am starting the year with projects, my family is healthy, and I had the opportunity to continue developing as a coach.

Mastery in NLP, Team Coaching, Appreciative Coaching, Metaphor Workshop, supervising other coaches, activities that help me connect with myself, listening and observation activities.
What could you bring to the EEC Alumni community?
Whatever I can contribute from my experience, I am happy to do so.
What question have I missed that you would like to ask and answer?
A constant question for me is, "What do I value?" This question helps me decide where to invest my energy, time, and money. One of the values that is very prominent for me is learning.
