Passionate about personal development, Cristina Moreno shares her inspiring journey, drawing from her experience with the Enneagram, Gestalt therapy, and her philosophy rooted in the Finnish concept of Sisu hasta el coaching ejecutivo, nos invita a descubrir cómo la introspección y la acción se combinan para lograr cambios profundos. Una de sus misiones hoy, empoderar a las mujeres en entornos corporativos, mostrando que, con salud e ilusión, todo es posible.

How did you come to coaching?

After being laid off, I decided to reinvent myself and look for tools to enhance my personal project. I found a benchmark in training and certification at the European School of Coaching and chose to make a bold entrance into this world.

What is your passion?

My passion is guiding individuals and teams through transformation processes, helping them discover their own tools and superpowers.

What lesson had the greatest impact on you during your coach training?

I learned that introspection is essential, but without translating it into action, it falls short. Coaching taught me how to connect thoughts, emotions, and actions to achieve effective change.

What do you do with the knowledge you gained?

I have founded my own company and design customized training programs for businesses and individuals, combining coaching with tools from Gestalt therapy and the Enneagram.

What is the Enneagram, and how do you use it?

The Enneagram is a tool that identifies personality types and helps uncover our deep motivations. I use it to facilitate change processes, combining it with coaching and Gestalt therapy dynamics.

What group are you most interested in supporting?

I am particularly interested in working with women and young people, helping them balance their careers and personal identities, showing that being successful and staying true to oneself are not incompatible.

What is your biggest challenge?

Entrepreneurship has been my greatest challenge. It requires patience, perseverance, and the ability to maintain enthusiasm and energy despite difficulties.

What is your greatest achievement?

My greatest achievement is staying creative and trusting that, with time and effort, results will come. I firmly believe in the Finnish concept of Sisu, que destaca la importancia de no rendirse.

How do you recharge your batteries?

I recharge by enjoying nature, playing with my cats Catalina and Cayetana, spending time with my son, and reading. These are my sources of energy and balance.

What do you need to be happy?

To be happy, all I need is health and enthusiasm.

What book do you recommend?

«The Gentle Power» Emilia Lahti's book, which explores the concept of Sisu applied to personal changes and leadership. I also recommend La sabiduría de las emociones for delving deeper into personal development.

What song inspires you right now?

«Que llueva» by BeBe. It inspires me because it reminds us that while we cannot control external circumstances, we can find joy and warmth within ourselves.
