"Through coaching, I learned to listen actively and not judge."
About me, in brief
I am a restless person, action and goal-oriented, passionate about challenges. Fighting for them and never tiring of learning and seeking innovations defines my approach to life.
I describe myself in one sentence/quote
Before I started my coaching training, I lived by the motto "Nothing is impossible. Just do it." However, from the first day of classes at the School, one phrase captivated me: "He who learns to yield possesses strength." This idea has inspired me in numerous situations since I completed my training.

Currently, the book LIFE, The Big Story, by Juan Luis Arsuaga.

Where do I see myself in three years?
Following my plan outlined in my mandala, I see my future accompanying individuals, clients, teams, and organizations in developing their potential in a technological and innovative environment.
I can't suppress a shout of joy when...
I watch my children score a basket in a basketball game.
My friends say about me...
that I am someone who can be trusted and who is always there when needed.
What I do best is...
organizing, connecting dots, and maintaining a long-term vision.
I never thought that...
I would become a coach or run a marathon, especially after struggling with physical education in high school.
How do I recharge the batteries?
Practicing sports, riding a bike, or walking in the countryside with my children, and enjoying a good conversation and dinner with my family and friends.
What do I need to be happy?
Very little. Happiness begins every morning when I wake up: I open my eyes and say to myself, "Great, I'm alive, that's an 8.5." When I see that my wife and kids are doing well, my happiness goes up to 9.5. I look for the remaining half point throughout the rest of the day.
Through coaching, I learned...
To see people from a different perspective, to listen actively and not to judge.
For me, coaching is...
A support process that, through questioning, allows the coachee to discover doors and windows previously unseen, and crossing through them enables growth in their being and the ability to soar to reach their goals independently.
In which groups would I like to apply coaching?
To company executives, because of the influence and impact their leadership has on the people within their organizations.
I recommend a coaching book
Reinventing yourself, your second chance by Mario Alonso Puig.
