Mónica Pérez-Zorrilla, PCC por ICF y formadora en EEC, realizará una sesión de coaching en vivo. Ruth Gavilan, coach MCC y co-directora académica de EEC Madrid, moderará el análisis de la sesión desde el punto de vista del Modelo de Competencias Clave del Coach de ICF.

In this interactive dynamic, participants will be invited to share their observations in relation to the evidence shown by the coach for different competencies.

For example, what are the observed pieces of evidence for reaching agreement on the session's purpose?; what are the coach's interventions that allude to evoking awareness?; how is the coach's presence observed?

Given that we will hold a live coaching session, some attendees may also benefit from being the client or coach of the session.

RUTH GAVILÁN. Co-directora Académica de EEC Madrid. Executive Coach PCC por ICF y formadora en el Programa de Certificación en Coaching Ejecutivo en español e inglés. Como coach ejecutivo lleva a cabo procesos de coaching a profesionales de diferentes sectores y perfiles directivos en empresas.

 

 


MÓNICA PÉREZ-ZORRILLA. MCC por ICF. Ejerce como Executive Coach y Formadora en el Programa de Certificación en Coaching Ejecutivo de la Escuela Europea de Coaching, alternando su labor de formadora de coaches y directivos, con procesos de coaching individual para directivos de empresas.
