¿Qué ocurre de verdad cuando un cliente llama a la puerta pidiendo ayuda para su equipo?

  • En esta charla abrimos el cuaderno de bitácora de un proyecto real de coaching de equipos y lo recorremos de principio a fin.
  • Desde la primera conversación con RRHH o con el líder, la fijación de objetivos y las condiciones de contratación, hasta la evaluación final y el refreshing a los 3-4 meses, cuando comprobamos qué se ha sostenido en el tiempo.
  • Hablaremos de los retos: resistencias, expectativas que no coinciden, el líder que quiere un atajo, el equipo que dice sí en la sala y no fuera de ella.
  • Compartiremos las herramientas que nos funcionaron: observación, feedback, preguntas, cocina, y acompañamiento de reuniones.
  • Y, sobre todo, pondremos la mirada en el papel del coach: qué hace, qué sostiene y qué decide no hacer.

SANDRA DÍAZ LEONARDO. Executive Coach PCC with ICF and trainer on the Executive Coaching Certification Programme at the European School of Coaching. Also a consultant, trainer and coach on various EEC programmes for companies.
