Do I need previous coaching experience to access the programme?
No. The Executive Coaching Certification Programme is designed for individuals who want to start coaching from scratch or who, coming from other professional fields, want to incorporate coaching competencies into their practice.
What are the entry requirements for the programme?
The requirements to access the training are:
- University education and/or at least three years' work experience.
- Complete the registration form.
- Send updated CV and attend a personal interview.
- A confidentiality agreement must be signed at the beginning of the program, which guarantees a protected working environment for participants.
Does ICF certification accredit my training in the United States?
Yes. ICF accreditation is the global benchmark in executive coaching and is fully recognised in the American market. Many companies and organisations in the US specifically require or value ICF credentials when hiring coaches.
What is the price of the programme and what does it include?
The price of Executive Coaching Certification Program It is 17.250$, and you can take advantage of early payment on the following dates:
– Registration open until 30 May – 13.800$
– Registration open until 30 June – 14.950$
Includes all in-person and online sessions, programme materials, supervision by PCC and MCC coaches, your own individual coaching process and support for practice with real clients. Refreshments during in-person sessions and personalised academic and technical support.
The International team coaching programme It has an investment of 3.996$, with the following lump-sum payment options:
– Registration open until 30 May – 2.990$
– Registration open until 30 June – 3.680$
Includes all in-person and online sessions, programme materials, and supervision by PCC and MCC coaches. Coffee service during in-person sessions and personalised academic and technical support.
Will I be able to practice as a coach once I am certified?
Yes. The programme includes real-life client work right from the very first modules, so by the time you finish, you will have clocked up hours of actual coaching, not just theory. 70% of our alumni start conducting their own sessions within the first six months of gaining their certification.
Furthermore, if you already work in a company, you will learn to sell your coaching services internally.
What if I have doubts during the programme?
All students have access to personalised supervision from PCC and MCC coaches. You are not alone in the process: coaching is a central part of the EEC methodology.
At EEC, we have our own academic and technical team to support each student's learning experience.
