Group supervision for practising coaches belonging to the EEC Alumni community
All coaches need a coach supervisor to keep learning and improving our practice. With this activity, exclusive and free of charge only for active coaches who belong to our Alumni community. At EEC we want to accompany you on your path towards professional excellence.
To this end, we have created a space where you can bring and share those cases that most concern you in the context of your coaching processes.
In these sessions:
- You will continue to learn about your own practice (and that of your colleagues), bringing those cases where you get "stuck" or where you need to take a fresh look.
- You will increase awareness of your own points of blindness.
- You will be aware of those skills that you, as coaches, are lacking in order to get the best results with your coachees.
The facilitators will be PCC or MCC coaches, EEC teachers, experts in supervision and mentoring, varying in each session, thus seeking views and feedback from different perspectives.
Each supervisor will use the methodology that he/she considers most appropriate for each session. It may not be possible to see all the cases brought by the participants due to time constraints.
