EEC Alumni – Anatomy of a real team coaching project

What really happens when a customer calls the door asking for help for their team?

  • In this talk we open the diary of a real project of team coaching and we go through it from beginning to end.
  • From the first conversation with HR or the leader, setting goals and hiring conditions, to the final evaluation and the refreshing At 3-4 months, when we check what has been held over time.
  • We will talk about the challenges: resistance, expectations that do not coincide, the leader who wants a shortcut, the team that says yes in the room and not outside of it.
  • We will share the tools that worked for us: observation, feedback, questions, cooking, and meeting accompaniment.
  • And, above all, we will focus on the role of the coach: what he does, what he supports and what he decides not to do.
