EEC has been training coaches, coaching executives, and introducing communication and leadership techniques into the business fabric for 10 years. The leading company in consulting and coaching shares the secrets of its excellence and how it helps others achieve it too.
Currently, what is the most common challenge for a client/company?
In general, there are three. Fostering a more inspiring leadership style that can bring out the best in the team and get them committed to new challenges; enhancing skills as change managers to generate a more creative outlook in teams; and a crucial one, working with management committees to generate an enabling and ambitious vision that allows for the declaration of extraordinary challenges. This is what drives great changes in organisations and in society.
I would say the greatest power of executive coaching is the ability to unlock potential.
Executive coaching has a transformative power that connects with the most challenging human endeavour: learning. We are all capable of change and improvement. It depends on ourselves and how far we want to go. Having the help of an external party, who allows you to see paths you can't see alone and project yourself in a different way, makes hiring a coach worthwhile, as a coaching process guarantees results. Without results, there is no coaching.
In 10 years, they have spread across Europe and Latin America. What is the balance sheet?
The most rewarding aspect is being leaders in such a vibrant sector. It's satisfying that companies entrust us with the development of their professionals. We haven't stopped learning and innovating in programmes and services, and we've trained 2,500 students. In the future, we will continue to promote values and principles that improve coexistence and society, and we will continue with our silent revolution.
Why is the EEC excellent? How do they make others excellent?
We live in excellence because we aspire to do things as well as possible. It is the habit of improving and learning from mistakes. The opposite is demandingness, which seeks perfection and interprets every stumble as a failure. Excellence can be learned and trained. We work so that students and clients embark on excellence, each on their own path.
