Joan Díaz Campos, Director of Catalonia and Corporate Business Development at the Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC), participates in the Teams and Talent report in which the medium analyses the current state of coaching in Spain through interviews with professionals and companies that use the discipline.
"In this excerpt from the report, Joan Díaz explains, among other things, how EEC is different. "Above all, I believe that what distinguishes us is the permanent and real need for innovation, excellence and improvement. It is a search for learning which, in 2016, has led us, for example, to focus on "emotional awareness". It is a slogan we have chosen to make students, clients and society aware that it is necessary to know how to generate an appropriate emotional context for things to happen and that, furthermore, what is possible in a certain emotion is impossible in the opposite".
"Another of the characteristics that define and distinguish us is that our two areas of action, the part of training professional coaches and the part of accompanying companies, feed back and nourish each other continuously. This means that our professional coaches have a wealth of knowledge and expertise, because what they learn in the company they share in the classroom, and vice versa. Each academic update is applied in the same way in the training sessions with managers".
